Membership FAQ

Can I cancel my membership mid-year?

Membership fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel your renewal before the next billing cycle with 30 days notice. Your benefits continue until the end of your paid year.

Are the discounts applicable on all room types?

Yes. Membership discounts apply to all room categories, dining, spa treatments, and select experiences across all five Club Aranyakaa properties. Blackout dates may apply during peak seasons.

How does the RCI point exchange work?

Contact our reservations team with your preferred dates and property. We will calculate the RCI point value for your stay and guide you through the exchange process. Typically 1 RCI week converts to 3-5 nights depending on room category.

Can I gift a membership to someone else?

Yes! Gift memberships are available in all three tiers. Contact our team for a personalized gift certificate that can be redeemed by the recipient.

Do member-only events have additional charges?

+

Silver members have access to 2 events per year at no additional charge. Gold members receive 4 free events. Platinum members enjoy unlimited event access. Additional events beyond your allocation are available at a discounted member rate.

Is there a joining fee in addition to the annual fee?

+

No joining fee for any tier. The annual membership fee covers all your member benefits. Platinum members receive a complimentary welcome gift valued at ₹10,000 on their first stay.
